Ultrasound scanning
From £35
We use a SmartBreeder Portable Ultrasound Scanner to check whether your dog or cat may be expecting. Come to our Kingsway base, or ask about a home appointment. We explain what the scan can and cannot tell you.
Pet microchipping
£15
Microchipping for dogs, cats and suitable small pets. The published price includes the transfer fee between Tails of Gloucester, the breeder or current keeper, and future owners. We’ll explain the registration steps.
Walks and pop-in visits
Tell us about your pet’s routine and we’ll confirm which appointments are available.
Group dog walk
£13.50
We collect your dog in our equipped van for a group walk at a variety of locations. Each group has a maximum of four dogs. After the walk, we clean their paws, towel dry them if needed and make sure they have fresh water.
Additional dogs from the same household: £9 per dog.
Individual dog walk
£10
Our 30-minute one-to-one walk suits dogs who prefer their own company, or who find a 60-minute group walk a little too much. Afterwards, we clean their paws, towel dry them if needed and provide fresh water.
Additional dogs from the same household: £8 per dog. Currently full: Please ask whether a space has opened up.
Pop-in visit
From £8.50
A short visit to give your pet some fuss, water and a chance to stretch their legs. Longer visits can be discussed when you enquire.
How the extras work
- Visit us in Kingsway: no mileage charge for a scanning appointment at our base.
- Home appointments: mileage may be added depending on your location; ask for a quote first.
- Weekends and bank holidays: the published scanning and microchipping prices carry a £10 out-of-hours supplement.
- Availability: group walks have limited spaces and individual walks are currently full.
